The Most Effective Way to Remove Trapped Heat

In our local climate, the metal roof of an industrial steel building can be heated up to 80 ˚C at the middle of the day. The roof then radiates the heat down into the interior of the building which will lead to the formation of stratified hot air within the building. The resultant upper layers of hot air are most effectively removed with roof exhaust fans installed along the roof center line.

CFD Simulation & Finite Element Analysis Technology

Our manufacturing partner in China uses a computer-aided air movement simulation model to calculate the efficiency of the fan based on the number of blades, blade angle, with, and sound level. It also analyses and provides an accurate prediction of how the material is likely to respond when subjected to structural and/ or thermal loads.
